Exiled In Iowa 15 will be held at the Iowa City Public Library
starting at 9:00am on Saturday, September 9th.
The library is located at 123 S. Linn in Iowa City. It is on the
south end of the pedestrian mall down town just three blocks south of
the Old Capital Mall. There is a parkade 1/2 block from the library
and since there are no on campus sporting events that weekend we
should be okay for traffic. For more info on the library look at
www.icpl.org We are in meeting Room A which is just inside the main
lobby. Unfortunately we don't have a kitchen this time but there is
an advanced multimedia system at our disposal.
For lunch we won't have anything planned inside the library. Being
this close to the ped mall there are restaurants of all kinds within
walking distance.
After the success of Exiled 14 we are planning on a more interactive
program than in the past with more discussions of the episodes and
various aspects of the series. Lars Pearson will again have a panel
and we have several of the usual games and fun events being planned.

The Universal Network of Iowan Timelords (U.N.I.T.) is an organization of fans of the long running British science fiction program Doctor Who who live in and around the great state of Iowa. Our activities include e-mail discussions, "Exiled in Iowa" meetings, Iowa Public Television pledge drives, and the UNIT Library.
